CAN I BOOK A TABLE?

Absolutely! We highly recommend
that you do to avoid disappointment.

or try calling again outside of our busy
service times.


Our busiest times in service are during
lunch 12pm-2.30pm & dinner 5.30pm-9pm. Whilst we try as hard as we can to get your
call, sometimes it's just not possible. But
your call is very important to us! So give us
a moment to get back to you.

SO WHAT ARE YOUR COVID RESTRICTIONS?

Please be kind to the staff having to enforce these requirements, it's not an easy task & they are just doing their job.

- You must check in on arrival. This is for our Covid register which is required by law. If your phone isn't compatible with the Service Victoria app, simply ask one of our friendly staff to complete the check-in process for you.
- If you are staying to drink or eat, please show the our staff proof of your vaccination. This is a requirement in order to stay, otherwise we are happy to provide you with take-away. For more information on dining in requirements, please visit the Victorian Government website:

- Face masks must be worn when not eating or drinking, unless an exception applies.
- It is table service only, we are not
able to serve you at the bar. Please take
a seat & we'll come & look after you.

- Please adhere to all social distancing guidelines & use the hand sanitiser
available for you at the bar.

TAKE-AWAY?

We are going to continue to offer take-home meals whenever possible. Try to get your order in early if you can! It gets hard for us to answer the phones when we start getting really busy around 6.30pm onwards & we'd hate it if you went hungry!
(If another lockdown occurs, we will go
straight back into full take-away service again.)

DO YOU DO DELIVERIES?

Not at the moment, all our staff are busy with our dine in service.

CAN I JUST HAVE A DRINK AT THE BAR?

If we are not at capacity, you will be able to have a drink at the bar, depending on current restrictions. 

OK THEN, WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICE TIMES?

Our kitchen is serving:
Lunch from 12pm - 2pm

Dinner from 5.30pm - 8.30pm
We have set booking times, please call us at the pub & we can let you know what is available.

I'VE BOOKED MY TABLE FOR DINNER & I'M EARLY. SO I'M JUST GOING TO DRINK AT THE BAR.

This shouldn't be an issue provided there are empty bar stools available for you. Please see bar service topic above for a bit more clarity.

I'VE ARRIVED LATE FOR MY BOOKING, DO I STILL GET THE FULL AMOUNT OF TIME I BOOKED FOR?

Probably not. It's like a strategic game of Tetris making sure that everyone gets a fair chance to enjoy themselves in their allotted time.It's highly likely there is another booking straight after yours, & we still need the time to clean & sanitise the area before the next sitting. However feel free to ask one of our staff the question, you never know your luck! But please don't be disappointed if we can't accomodate your request. 

IT'S OK TO SHOW UP WITH ONE EXTRA, OR ONE LESS FOR MY BOOKING, RIGHT?

With restrictions as limited as they are, this is a tough one. We are so busy and we want to please everyone, but we can't & often we are put in the position of having to turn additional guests away. It's awkward & embarrassing for everyone. Please show up with the number of people you have booked for, or try to give us as much advance notice as possible if your circumstances have changed.
And PLEASE show up!
Restricted trade has hit businesses hard, ours included. So if you decide not to show up for your booking, this hurts us all. It affects the staff hours, it affects the business's bottom line, & it affects all those people who haven't been able to book. Please consider this before pulling a 'no-show' & give us a call to cancel instead. That gives us the opportunity to rebook those seats which is better for everyone. The more notice you can give us, the better!
